Free Healthy Living Seminar

Imagine Durban is hosting a free living healthy seminar to encourage eThekwini residents to change their bad habits and lead a healthier lifestyle.

Popular nutritionist Jane Mackenzie will be delivering an inspiring presentation on correct eating habits and how to live a healthier life at the seminar.

Mackenzie is a health and regenerative nutrition consulting pharmacist and a consultant in sustainable green living and biodynamic food growing. She does leading edge nutrition consulting with individuals and groups to streamline their personal nutrition to attain a higher level of health.

Promoting the health and security of residents are critical to improved quality of life and is promoted as Plan 4 of the City’s integrated Development Plan. The Municipality has committed itself to creating a caring City that ensures residents are confident that their health and security needs are being met.
