Urban redevelopment, Durban (human scale)
These renovated houses are within the Point redevelopment area, adjacent to the Ushaka Sea World. It is good to see some architecture on a human scale. The houses used to be used by the railway/harbour officials and were in a terminal stage of disrepair before being rescued.
