Twizza’s New Guava Flavour Challenges The Taste Buds

Johannesburg, 26 November 2020 – The latest soft drink flavour to come from the award-winning Twizza stable is filled with the tropical undertones of one of SA’s most popular fruits and comes about after a solid investigation in to what consumers want out of their non-alcoholic beverages.

Their guava flavoured soft drink hit the shelves in October and has already been embraced by the South African population as a great alternative to what’s been available for years.

“One of the cornerstones of our business is to bring new flavours to the market that have been thoroughly researched, tried and tested,” says Lance Coertzen, Twizza’s Head of Marketing, “and our research has shown that for most people, flavour is a defining factor when it comes to choosing a soft drink.”

“Additional research has also revealed that consumers are looking for something a little different, something that challenges their taste buds, but that also provides 100% refreshment, adds Lance Coertzen.

And just to add to an already amazing taste sensation, Twizza has also added vitamins to their guava flavour, making it healthy and tasty.

“As we continue to bring these uniquely African flavours to the market, we are actively encouraging consumers to #BuyLocal, which is imperative in assisting our country to return to a strong economy,” adds Coertzen.
