Tree Natural Branches Out To Ballito

26 July 2017 by My Durban

Tree Natural Branches Out To Ballito:

Tree NaturalThe Tree Natural Concept was created by business partners Brett Roux, Dominique Howard and Nic Burden with the aim of helping others experience the benefits of healthy living. “After two years of providing people in Umhlanga with nature’s tools for living a healthy, full and happy life, we wanted to do the same in Ballito,” shares Burden.

Built on the philosophy of living life naturally, just how nature intended, the health hub is famed for its nutritious menu of mouth-watering meals, thirst-quenching juices and scrumptious smoothies – made from only the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients. Even Tree Natural’s coffee embodies its wellness values – making it a guilt-free must.

“We live in an age where so much illness and disease is present, so we try to teach our customers that nutrient dense foods, juices and smoothies – prepared with thought and care – can prevent ill health and heal the body too,” says Roux.

Howard adds: “We want to ensure that our customers only put organic goodness into their bodies.”

With all-day breakfast options such as gluten free crêpes filled with nut butter and cinnamon; almond waffles served with frozen yogurt, vanilla and honey; as well as a nutty chia pot with activated coconut chia, topped by a berry coulis and nutty seed cream, eating healthy isn’t hard. What’s more, with light lunches like a wasabi tuna wrap, Mexican superfood salad bowl and butter bean curry, customers can get nutritious and delicious bites while on the go. For those following gluten-free, dairy-free, wheat-free or paleo diets, an array of menu options are available to suit their needs.

All ingredients used in making these tasty treats, plus loads more locally-sourced, fresh and organic produce, can be purchased from the health store section.

For Tree Natural customers wanting to up their daily dose of health and goodness, they can take a class or two at the yoga studio situated within the Umhlanga store. Classes cater to all levels of fitness, with experienced yoga instructors on hand to teach yogis how to relax and unwind. Options include vinyasa, sculpt and preggie power, as well as moms and tots yoga classes. For those wanting to burn calories fast, the heated vinyasa classes (offered in the specially designed studio) are ideal.

To get the latest yoga class schedule or to see what’s on the cafes’ seasonally-adjusted menu, visit http://treenatural.co.za. Better yet, pop into either the Umhlanga store, situated on the ground floor of the Protea Building, on the corner of Lighthouse and Ridge Roads or the new Ballito outlet in the Ballito Junction Shopping Mall on the corner of Leonora and Ballito Drives.
