Snuggle in this winter with Volpes + a giveaway: I’m such a sucker for soft pillowy blankets to really get into the winter spirit – my favourite season by far! I last popped into Volpes at Ballito Junction towards the end of last year and got the most amazing quilt and knitted blanket, so when I saw they had a new range of blankets in their latest newsletter, I decided an update was in order for this winter. Plus they also now have some soft grey velvet scatter cushions and I’m trying to add lighter colours to our living room, to soften the space, so I got two of those too. Another huge bonus was that there was 25% off on all sheeting, so a new duvet cover, fitted sheets and pillowcases came home with me too! (Can you tell I love nesting?! What’s better than a bed that’s exploding like a marshmallow?!) They have a new range of throws and blankets – the silky shimmer soft throw is heavenly and the faux furs are seriously decadent – I’d totally lose one of these to the kids, or the dogs… I also spied a velvet quilt – it’s velvet on one side and 100% cotton on the other, as well as these beautiful cloud sherpa blankets […]
