Refuse collection and street sweeping services which were affected by the illegal strike action have resumed in the CBD.
Residents and businesses are requested to be patient while the DSW unit is clearing the backlog caused. In addition, refuse bags and wheelie bins can be taken out on the normal collection days.
The City would like to apologize to residents and the business community at large for the inconvenience caused.
