What is fast-becoming a highlight on the Renishaw Hills calendar, the monthly pop-up market was held at the community centre on the afternoon of Friday, 25 June. Limited to residents only and held outdoors in line with Covid-19 protocols, the market gives the talented Renishaw Hills community an opportunity to showcase and sell their home-crafted items, including preserves, meals, paintings and jewellery. “This is the third time we’ve hosted the pop-up market and its just become more and more successful,” explained Phil Barker, chairman of the Homeowners Association. “It’s a wonderful way to create a community spirit while also unearthing some of the incredible talent we have here at Renishaw Hills.” Renishaw Hills is a Scottburgh-based mature lifestyle village surrounded by state-of-the-art security, lush indigenous gardens and coastal forest. Residents are afforded a nature-based quality of life with access to all forms of modern convenience.
