EThekwini Municipality’s Durban Solid Waste (DSW) is experiencing challenges with its service delivery due to today’s work stoppage. The Municipality is urging the public to continue to put out their refuse as per the normal collection days during the employee’s strike action.
DSW Deputy Head Robert Abbu said if the refuse is not collected by the afternoon, residents should take their refuse in and put it out on the next collection day.
The Municipality appeals to the public to please be patient.
