With just 39 days to the August local elections, President Jacob Zuma has unveiled the ANC Election Countdown Watch at the party’s KZN Provincial head offices in Durban earlier this morning. The event was attended by hundreds of party members and ANC Youth League members before they proceeded to the Absa Stadium for the league rally. Speaking in isi-Zulu, the president asked party members and the public in general to go out in their numbers and vote for the ANC. President Zuma says power to govern anywhere can only come through getting enough votes to change things for the better.
