Due to the construction of the 2nd Phase of the Western Aqueduct, it is necessary to re-route a section of the existing pipeline between 1000 Hills Dr and Alverstone Nek Reservoir, near Bothas Hill. This will necessitate shutting down the water supply.

At 07h00 the necessary valves will be shut, and drainage of the affected section of the existing pipeline will begin. The pipework is expected to start at 09h00, and be completed by 16h00.
