Overseas Move For Paul Jordaan and Kyle Cooper:
Durban, 6th July 2016: The Cell C Sharks confirm the departure of Kyle Cooper and Paul Jordaan at the conclusion of the 2016 Vodacom Super Rugby campaign.
Having made his debut in 2010, Cooper who currently has a combined tally of 99 matches for The Sharks (Super Rugby & Currie Cup) will be joining the Newcastle Falcons, whilst the highly talented speedster, Paul Jordaan, is set to join French top 14 side Stade Rochelais.
Director of Rugby, Gary Gold, said: “It’s always sad losing players of their calibre; but they have decided that the time is right to experience a new playing culture in a different country.
“They both have made significant contributions to the Cell C Sharks over the last few years and we would like to take this opportunity to wish them, as well as their families, the very best for this new journey.
