Ocean views and fresh, sea air for diners as Fish Eagle Café opens new wraparound deck

4 March 2021 by My Durban

The KZN South Coast’s popular nature-based eatery, Fish Eagle Café, has extended the premises with a stunning wraparound deck where diners can enjoy some of the region’s best food while taking in an endless ocean view. Located within Scottburgh’s Crocworld Nature Reserve, Fish Eagle Café also recently extended its delectable menu with seven new gourmet burger meals suited to all tastes. “We wanted to really maximise on our unique position by giving diners ample sea views, and with the current requirements for enhanced ventilation and natural airflow, this couldn’t come at a better time!” explained Fish Eagle Café’s Executive Chef and Manager, Morne van Zyl. Meals are often accompanied by sightings of dolphins frolicking in the surf, as well as the southern right and humpback whales migrating during the winter months. There is also a wealth of incredible birdlife found within this stunning nature reserve. Diners can be assured of a safe, enjoyable meal at Fish Eagle Café where all required Covid-19 health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
