Mi Casa Frontman J’Something To Speak At East Coast Radio GIBS Business Breakfast – Featured Durban Blog

10 February 2016 by Alan

Mi Casa Frontman J’Something To Speak At East Coast Radio GIBS Business Breakfast:

SA thought-leaders to share ideas, inspiration and innovation in Durban
Some of the most innovative minds in business will converge in Durban on 8 March 2016 when Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal presents the East Coast Radio GIBS Business Breakfast. A highlight on the KZN corporate calendar, the event once again provides a platform for SA’s foremost thought-leaders and trendsetters to share key insights and strategic learnings.
A sold-out success every year, this year’s East Coast Radio GIBS Business Breakfast will feature CEO of Business Results Group, Nicola Tyler, entrepreneur Vusi Thembekwyo of Dragons’ Den SA fame, author and tech whizz, Alan Knott-Craig Jr, and Mi Casa frontman, J’Something. Plugging into the theme, Feed Your Brain, they will share their inspirational journeys and crucial lessons they have learnt along the way. East Coast Breakfast’s Darren Maule will host the morning.
Nicola Tyler
As one of SA’s leaders in lateral thinking, Nicola Tyler will draw on her more than two decades of experience in strategy, coaching and leadership development. Using her trademark combination of humour and insight, Nicola uses personal anecdotes to illustrate sure-fire business solutions.
Vusi Thembekwyo
Vusi Thembekwyo has notched up a global reputation for delivering explosive, riveting keynote addresses. Having Sir Bob Geldof sing his praises and former Australian Prime Minister, John Howard, fondly referring to him as “The Rock Star of Speakers”, serial entrepreneur, Vusi, remains humbly passionate about sharing his secrets to success.
Alan Knott-Craig Jr
Alan Knott-Craig Jr has earned his stripes as a successful businessman, bestselling author and social entrepreneur. He is globally recognised for his entrepreneurial zest particularly in the field of technology and in 2013 was named by Forbes as one of the top 100 young African millionaires to watch. He is currently Executive Chairman of HeroTel, a wireless broadband provider in SA.
J’Something
As frontman of one of SA’s biggest groups, J’Something , is no stranger to the centre stage. However, there is more to this music star than belting out the hits for Mi Casa. An astute businessman, J’Something has a nose for entrepreneurship – something he is as proud of as being named GQ Magazine SA’s Best Dressed Man for 2015. He will be sharing his success story at the breakfast.
Take home ideas, tools, solutions and network with KZN’s corporate elite.
Tickets for the East Coast Radio GIBS Business Breakfast at Durban’s ICC are available at Computicket.
