The Abantu Integrated Movement (AIM) is an independent initiative by residents of Nelson Mandela Bay to put an end to maladministration and corruption, and improve service delivery to all the people residing within the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro.

AIM seeks to implement a new vision to develop our Metro into a business and lifestyle city-region of choice. This vision will be implemented by a new and credible Council of competent public representatives who will focus on working for the residents’ best interests.

AIM is not affiliated to any political party. It is an independent Movement driven by residents and is answerable directly to all the people of Nelson Mandela Bay.

AIM’s Leader and Volunteer-in-Chief is well known Community Builder Mkhuseli “Khusta” Jack.

Khusta Jack started his political activism career in high school and has made impactful change ever since. He went on to study for a BA Honours in Economics and Development Studies from Sussex University, United Kingdom before beginning his business career. He has enjoyed great success and has been invited to serve on the board of many companies and NGOs.

He remains an activist and stalwart for change that will bring about equality and dignity for all South Africans.

Jack says that AIM is the next logical step in solving the problems that Nelson Mandela Bay faces through strategic and integrity driven governance.

Jack says; “I want to get the Metro working. By working I mean, a municipality that works for its residents in areas like service delivery, environmental protection, safety and security and being the first choice investment destination that will create jobs for its residents.”

AIM NMB Ward 7 Candidate Councillor Alan Straton says; “Initially I put my hand up to stand as an independent in the ‘safe for others’ Ward 7 and then experienced an epiphany when reading that Mkhuseli Jack’s AIM for the City aligned with my own thought – almost like a NON POLITICAL political party dedicated to service and making the City work.”

The 2021 Local Elections will be called later this year and AIM are asking for BOTH your votes so that they can end the Circle of Chaos in which the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro currently finds itself.
