Mafia business forum in action again: In spite of being ordered by courts on dozens of occasions to stop their unlawful conduct, it appears members of an alleged “shady, mafia-style” business forum are continuing to shut down building sites, demanding jobs or a slice of the profits.
Durban group forges ahead with contempt of court order against ANCYL: The Active Citizens Movement (ACM) is pressing ahead with its court application seeking to hold the ANC Youth League in KwaZulu-Natal in contempt of court and have its leadership fined – or even imprisoned – for disobeying a court order.
