South Africans have been enjoying the great taste of Laager Rooibos for decades with the far-reaching health benefits of Rooibos tea making it a worldwide favourite. To maximise the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and nutrient-enriching properties of Rooibos, 3 Laager Rooibos ambassadors will share healthy, simple Laager Rooibos-infused recipes and dietary tips on the new Laager Visual Podcast.
South African twin chefs, sports nutritionists, authors, and Laager Rooibos ambassadors Lebo and Tebo Ndala of @withlovefromthetwins fame will join renowned nutrition expert and fellow Laager Rooibos ambassador, Mbali Mapholi (@urbandietitian) on this weekly podcast.
