Karkloof Safari Spa: On my recent trip to Karkloof Safari Villas, I was treated to an afternoon in the Karkloof Safari Spa, which is managed by a different team while still being situated on the property. Previously reserved for guests staying over, the spa is now open to day visitors, with various half- and full-day packages available, including lunch, game reserve drives and walks to Karkloof Falls. Their range of signature treatments use only natural ingredients like avocado, melon, honey, salt, green tea, coffee, coconut, lime & more and a team of Thai therapists are trained to ensure your time there is revitalising. Plus there are extensive hydrotherapy facilities, including a Roman bath, Kneipp pools, saunas, steam rooms and a jacuzzi. Packages start at R1850/person for a half-day package and vary up to R4300/person for the Sanctuary Day Spa full day package, including pickup from Durban. You can view the full spa menu on their website. WEBSITE | FACEBOOK
