The morning will be filled with loads of entertainment, warm up running drills and exercises, courtesy of Virgin Active. Ultra-marathon legend and 9-times Comrades winner Bruce Fordyce, brand ambassador for Team Vitality, will also be there to share expert race tips and tricks, take photos and answer all your burning fitness questions.

Part of the festivities will also include an address from Dr Mosima Mabanda (MBA), Head of Wellness at Discovery Vitality, who will share important insights on how the Vitality Run Series is instrumental in getting our nation fitter, healthier and more active.

Make sure you are at Granada Square between 9am – 12 noon to join in the fun, rub shoulders with your favourite running pros and pick up some extra race tips and tricks.
