This Southern Ground Hornbill was taken in its cage at the Umgeni River Bird Park, Durban, South Africa. Reminded me of a Magistrate sitting above the court and clothed in red robes.

Quick Durban KwaZulu-Natal Fact: Northern Natal – This is a huge area, but with the exception of a few major towns, like Ladysmith, Colenso, Dundee, Glencoe, Newcastle and Vryheid, this region contributes little to the industrial and commercial wealth of KwaZulu-Natal.
