East Coast Radio set to broadcast live from Renishaw Hills ahead of Open Day

11 July 2018 by Alan

East Coast Radio set to broadcast live from Renishaw Hills ahead of Open Day:

Those looking for a quality investment on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast should tune into East Coast Radio (ECR) on Friday, 13 July between 9am and 12pm for an exciting live broadcast. Damon Beard and his team will be broadcasting their popular show live from Renishaw Hills, a mature lifestyle village located just outside of Scottburgh.

Anyone wanting to be part of the fun is welcome to visit the Renishaw Hills’ Community Centre anytime during the show where they can check out the well-known radio DJ in action. Those who can’t be there in person can simply tune into ECR, sit back and enjoy the live broadcast!

“This is a really exciting opportunity to showcase the quality homes and relaxed, outdoors’ lifestyle that is offered by Renishaw Hills,” said Phil Barker, managing director of Renishaw Property Developments. “We’re looking forward to hosting Damon Beard and his mid-morning team at the beautiful Renishaw Hills’ Community Centre and discussing our incredible development, including the opening of phase 4 for sales.”

Listeners will be treated to background and insights on Renishaw Hills provided by Phil and his team, while residents of the estate will also share their views on the unique lifestyle aspects that Renishaw Hills offers. Renowned botanist and landscaper, Elsa Pooley, will also be interviewed about the breathtaking indigenous gardens she and the landscaping crew are developing at each unit, as well as the long-term rehabilitation of the wetlands and coastal forest currently underway.

The live broadcast will precede the Renishaw Hills’ Open Day taking place on Saturday, 14 July. Visitors to this Open Day will get a unique glimpse of the new Phase 4 development which launched this June. Renishaw Hills has already sold out of its Phase 1 and Phase 2 homes with only a few freestanding homes and maisonettes still available for purchase in Phase 3.

Visitors will also be able to discuss the various investment opportunities at Renishaw Hills while learning about the estate’s state-of-the-art security, indigenous nature trails, home-based care options, as well as the variety of sports’ and recreational facilities.
