The Food court, COP 17, Durban, South Africa, 7th December. 2011
The food court was set up to be environmentally friendly, mostly vegetarian and serving tasty organic food. There was a debate though on the environmental ethics of cutting down banana tress to provide the shade. The venue hosts various stage performances sponsored by South Africa’s Arts and Culture Ministries.
