I do love a good curry. I grew up in Durban which has a huge Indian population so I can claim to know a thing or two about proper curry. None of this Cape Malay spicy-stew they serve down here in Cape Town. I want the proper Vindaloo, frozen toilet-roll experience. This chili is from a stack my sister was chopping up tonight in preperation for a fine chicken curry (which turned out brilliantly).
