Don’t sweat it this festive season! #uShakaSummer is the only place to be to celebrate all things summer, to create an adventure filled holiday that is filled with excitement and memories that will last a lifetime.
When it comes to Christmas shopping, remember that the uShaka Village Walk offers a festive retail voyage like no other. This is the spot for those more unusual gifts not to mention pressies for all ages with plenty of special deals to add to the festive cheer as well hopping on uShaka’s new Ocean Express train which will be offering rides to visitors in The Village Walk Shopping Centre.
To prolong the uShaka shopping fun, we’ve extended our opening and closing times at uShaka Village Walk from 09h00 to 19h00 from December 14th until January 5th. But don’t forget to check the website as, on December 25th and 31st, we’ll shut up shop at 18h00.
Our little guests can meet our Traditional Father Christmas at uShaka Marine World from December 14th until December 24th in Arena 3’s food court. With much ho ho ho-ing, this grand old gent will be collecting gift wish lists from 11h00 to 12h30 in Arena 3 (food court) as well as be roaming the park so be sure to look out for him while he is on his walkabout.
Not too far away, uShaka’s very own Sexy Santa and his cute little helpers, Miss Tinsel and Miss Mistletoe, will be adding their own bit of summer heat. You can snatch a glimpse of these “hotties” in the Village Walk from 12h30 to 17h30 daily from December 14th until December 24th!

The family favourite on this December’s uShaka calendar is undoubtedly the annual “Dolphins by Starlight” production which runs until December 13th. Doors open at 18h30 with the show starting promptly at 19h00 nightly. Tickets cost just R199 for adults and R160 for children and seniors.
Additional musical entertainment at uShaka Marine World throughout this festive season will include live performances and DJ’s as well as the popular festive summer parade every day from the December 15th until January 8th at 10h45 and 13h45.
Also during this #uShakaSummer “don’t sweat it” season, visitors are spoilt for choice with special combo options from December 15th until January 13th.
• Combo 1 – allows you entrance into Sea World and Wet ‘n Wild at a cost of R211 for adults and R169 for seniors and kids.
• Combo 2 – provides you entrance into Sea World, Wet ‘n Wild and uShaka Kids World at a cost of R225 for adults, R235 for children and R180 for seniors.
• Combo 3 – gives you entrance into Sea World, Wet ‘n Wild and Dangerous Creatures at a cost of R250 for adults, R200 for kids and seniors.
• Combo 4 – offers you entrance into Sea World, Wet ‘n Wild, uShaka Kids World and Dangerous Creatures at a cost of R265 for adults, R255 for kids and R240 for seniors.
The park enjoys extended closing times, opening at 09h00 and closing at 18h00 from December 15th to January 8th. You can purchase any of these enticing combo ticket options through uShaka’s online ticketing which means no more queuing in the hot summer sun!
