Buckle up, the DarkFEST course preview is out and it’s pure fire! The official GoPro course preview from the biggest Fest event in history features the indominable riding of creator @Sam Reynolds (UK) and the legendary build team of @Nico Vink (BE) and @Clemens Kaudela (AUT).

DarkFEST brings together the best freeriders on the planet to pit themselves against what are undeniably the biggest dirt jumps around. After 3 years of fine-tuning this course, it now features a slightly modified ‘Twisty Wizard, a steeper 30-foot step-up and the Rocket Launcher has become bigger, taller and most importantly safer. It was that very jump that Sam Reynolds broke his arm on during testing in 2019, so it’s sweet retribution for him to return and claim the full line.

The addition of the Rocket Launcher 2.0 at the end of the course has made this course one of the longest Fest series events even constructed. “It feels amazing, so stoked to get some tires down on the course, get some big air and remember how fast and sick it was. So stoked to get in some top to bottoms now and officially open the course now!” – Sam Reynolds

There’s already been some massive tricks go down with the first arrivals making the journey to the Hellsend Dirt Compound in Stellenbosch, South Africa this past weekend. Some legendary names are on the line-up, such as @Tom Van Steenbergen(CA), madman Adolf ‘Loco’ Silva (ES); who returns from a triple femur fracture after LooseFEST in 2019, Local DH racer @Theo Erlangson (SA) joins the OG World Cup rider @Brendon Fairclough (UK) and other epic names such as contest destroyer Nicholi Rogatkin and DarkFEST rookies Szymon Godziek (PL) and Bienvenido Aguado (ES).
