Celebrate Women’s Day at Umhlanga Food and Music Festival!:

On Thursday, August 9th, celebrate Women’s Day with friends and family at the Umhlanga Food and Music Festival 2018 from12h00 till 20h00 at Chris Saunders Park in Umhlanga.

Featuring live electronic act GoodLuck as well Josh Wantie, amongst others, you are sure to be singing along whilst relaxing on the beautiful lawns, drink in hand from one of the many bars. There will also be a craft beer tent, G&T garden and coffee stalls, so there is something for everyone.

GoodLuck is a South African electronic music band who are known for their popular radio hits, “Taking it easy”; “Hop on/Hop off”; “Thinking About You”; and “Find me in the forest”, to mention a few. In September 2015 GoodLuck opened for Pharrell Williams as a part of his world tour and the band have also performed in Amsterdam, Berlin and London.
Adding to the dance feels, you can also enjoy the talent of Cape Town’s Josh Wantie who has risen through the ranks to become a familiar name in the music industry with his songs being featured on local radio stations around the Country including “Fall Again”, “Go Under”, amongst others.

When it comes to the food, you will not be disappointed by an array of tantalising culinary delights from Gourmet Burgers, Bubble Waffles, Strips & Chips, Potato Twisters, Traditional Shisa Nyama and more.

Tickets cost just R100 per person through Webtickets and R120 on the day. Children under 8 years enter free.

Don’t forget, with so much on offer, own food, drink and umbrellas will not be permitted into the venue. Alcohol will not sold to persons under the age of 18.

Come one, come all, to enjoy a fun family day out in celebration of Women’s Day with all your special people at the Umhlanga Food and Music Festival 2018.
