Atlantic Seaboard Apartments: We’ve just finished a mammoth renovation to knock out some walls and install stack back doors to make way for our kitchen renovation in the new year. The number of ideas I have in my head is insane and I’m slowly driving myself batty with pinning! Especially when a design like this lands in your inbox – Inhouse have knocked it out the park again with two interior variations for an upmarket residential development in Cape Town. This 2- and 3-bedroom apartment block will contain 16 apartments featuring two distinct interior styles as well as a penthouse, with its own unique interior. The layouts take open-plan living to the next level, creating distinct living zones that seamlessly segue into each other. The modern dark palette featuring black-stained oak in 8 of the apartments appeals to me big time – I love the masculine feel, with the other 8 classic contemporary apartments featuring a more neutral colour palette with marble, natural oak, wall panelling and plush grey carpeting.
