Rugby Extravaganza in Umlazi: The 20th anniversary of the Ogwini Bafana Rugby Club was celebrated in grand style at the King Zwelithini Stadium in Umlazi, the past weekend.  At this event, the club also acknowledged and honoured the hard work of their club legend Sifiso Ngcongo, who was instrumental in introducing rugby to Umlazi back in 1998.   The day began at 08h30 with the local schools, Ogwini High and Comtech High doing battle which ended in a thrilling 21-all draw.   The second match was between Harlequins from the Bluff going … [Read more...]
