This book codifies the author’s last seven years on the front-lines in Africa assisting African companies and entrepreneurs in raising capital. Mr. Mansur M. Nuruddin is a co-founder and managing partner of MNCapital Africa Advisors. He is an international corporate lawyer with over 18 years of experience in complex corporate transactions.
